About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Trainer to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in training and learning & development, and the ability to drive employee performance through effective training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions
- Deliver engaging classroom and virtual learning sessions
- Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching support
- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA)
- Prepare training content, presentations, and learning materials
- Maintain training reports and performance trackers
- Coordinate with operations and stakeholders for training effectiveness
Requirements
- Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Training/Learning & Development
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage batches and handle performance improvement initiatives
