Role Objective
We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Pre-Sales Professional to join our B2B training vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying high-potential corporate leads, securing appointments with key stakeholders (Sales Heads, HR Heads, L&D Managers, CXOs), and driving "resale" opportunities within our existing client base. You will play a pivotal role in the early stages of the sales funnel, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
    • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential B2B clients across various industries that require corporate training solutions.
    • Outbound Outreach: Conduct high-volume cold calls and personalized email campaigns to introduce our training services.
    • Appointment Setting: Successfully navigate gatekeepers to book qualified meetings/presentations for the senior sales team.
    • Account Mining & Resales: Analyse previous client data to re-engage past customers and upsell/cross-sell new training modules.
    • Requirement Gathering: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand the client’s "pain points" and learning objectives.
    • CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of all interactions, lead statuses, and follow-up schedules in our CRM.

Required Skills & Qualifications
    • Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development within the Corporate Training or EdTech sector.
    • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; ability to hold meaningful conversations with senior corporate leaders.
    • Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and the ability to handle objections gracefully.
    • Persistence: A "never-give-up" attitude toward hitting daily call targets and monthly appointment quotas.
    • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (like Salesforce or Hubspot), and MS Office.
