Job Title: AI/ML Intern – Career247
Location: Bengaluru / Remote
Duration: 3–6 Months (Internship with potential PPO)
About the Role
We’re looking for a curious and driven AI/ML Intern to join our team at Career247. As an intern, you’ll work closely with our AI Program Managers, Data Scientists, and Product teams to support the research, development, and delivery of AI/ML initiatives. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on exposure to real-world AI projects while learning how AI programs are built, scaled, and deployed in the EdTech space.
Key Responsibilities
AI/ML Research & Development
Assist in researching the latest trends in GenAI, LLMs, Agents, and ML/DL applications.
Support experimentation with Python-based models (ML/DL, NLP, CV).
Conduct data preprocessing, EDA, and model training under guidance of senior team members.
Program & Product Support
Help in designing learner-friendly projects, assignments, and capstones for AI/ML programs.
Benchmark AI tools and platforms, assisting in curation of industry-relevant use cases.
Collaborate with program managers to test and validate AI learning modules.
Execution & Collaboration
Work with content, product, and delivery teams to support AI initiatives.
Document workflows, experiments, and research findings.
Contribute to prototype development for new AI learning products.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong foundation in Python, ML algorithms, and data handling.
Familiarity with ML/DL libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and visualization.
Basic knowledge of NLP or Computer Vision is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Good to Have
Exposure to LLMs, RAG pipelines, or Generative AI tools.
Experience in SQL, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), or MLOps basics.
Prior internship/project work in AI/ML.
