Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator & Video Editor to design, develop, and produce engaging educational content for our learners. This role blends instructional content creation with high-quality video production to ensure our learning materials are impactful, visually engaging, and aligned with our educational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
Develop structured content for YouTube tutorials, live classes, and online modules.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to simplify complex technical concepts into learner-friendly materials.
Create visually appealing presentations, storyboards, and learning resources.
Incorporate storytelling and instructional best practices to improve learner engagement.
Video Editing & Production
Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos for YouTube and learning platforms.
Add animations, transitions, graphics, and other visual enhancements to content.
Optimize videos for clarity, pacing, and learner engagement.
Ensure consistency in style, branding, and delivery across all video outputs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communication, Education, Design, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in content creation, video editing, or instructional design.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
Strong ability to simplify technical topics and present them in an engaging, structured way.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with YouTube content creation, e-learning platforms, or live teaching support.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in EdTech or educational content production.
Knowledge of instructional design frameworks (e.g., Bloom’s Taxonomy).
Familiarity with animation, interactive learning tools, or motion graphics.
